Karachi, 6 October 2026. Gray Mines today published its first annual report on Vision 2030, the plan it set out last year to build the foundations organizations will run on by the end of the decade.
The report covers progress on three of the plan's five pillars and sets out the company's commitments for 2027.
What was delivered
- A shared data platform that every Gray Mines unit now builds on by default, so each new system starts governed and observable.
- Multilingual models tuned for the markets the company serves, running on the networks and hardware its partners actually have.
- A security practice that sits inside every team, rather than reviewing their work at the end.

“Anyone can build something that impresses in a meeting. We want to build the thing that is still working in ten years.”
What comes next
In 2027 Gray Mines will open its data platform to more partners, deepen its work in fintech and healthcare, and grow its graduate programme in all five offices.
